/preferences
View or change your personal Mellow settings.
/preferences view

Shows all of your current settings.

Change one or more of:

quiet_start / quiet_end | number | hours (0-23, in your timezone) when Mellow will not message you. Set both. The window can cross midnight, for example 22 and 7 |

weekly_recap | true/false | a gentle weekly summary of your check-ins by DM. Off by default |
daily_prompt | true/false | one reflection prompt by DM each day, during daytime hours. Off by default |

Quiet hours apply to check-in reminders, the weekly recap, and the daily prompt. Mellow never delays crisis support for quiet hours.

The Mellow Dashboard
Manage your preferences, Mellow+ status, data, and servers from the web.
There is no separate reset command. To wipe stored conversation history use /context clear;
to turn off future logging set context_logging:false.
/timemode
Set your timezone so Mellow can adjust its tone by time of day.
/timemode timezone:America/New_Yorktimezone(required) - an IANA timezone name.
/context
See or clear what Mellow remembers about your conversations.
/context view
/context clearview- how much context is stored, and your current privacy settings.clear- delete all stored conversation history for you. This cannot be undone.
/profile
Your Mellow profile: recent check-ins, coping tool usage, and ghost letter / journal counts.
/profile/ghostletter
Write an unsent letter to get feelings out, or read your past ones. Only you can see your ghost letters, and their text is encrypted at rest.
/ghostletter write:Today was hard, but I am still here
/ghostletterwrite(optional) - the letter text. Omit it to read your past letters.
/feedback
Send feedback about Mellow to the team.
/feedback message:The breathing exercise really helped tonightmessage(required) - your feedback.
Feedback may be reviewed and, with your wording preserved, featured as a testimonial only if the team explicitly approves it.
/report
Report a problem or a user to the Mellow team.
/report message:A user in my server is misusing the crisis commandmessage(required) - what happened.
Privacy summary
- You control what is stored (
context_logging,crisis_detection,crisis_dms). /context viewshows exactly what is kept;/context cleardeletes it.- Sensitive fields are encrypted per-field with AES-256-GCM.
