The Mellow dashboard

The dashboard at mymellow.xyz/dashboard lets you manage Mellow from the web instead of slash commands. Everything on it also works from Discord; the dashboard is just easier for longer settings.

Signing in

Choose Sign in with Discord. Mellow asks for two things only:

• Your Discord identity (identify) - your user ID, name, and avatar.
• Your server list (guilds) - used to find servers you can manage and where Mellow is installed.

Nothing is posted on your behalf, and Mellow does not keep your Discord access token after login. Sessions last 14 days, or until you choose Sign out or delete your data.

Mellow+ status

Shows whether Mellow+ is active and when it renews or ends, with a link to Discord's store page. Purchases and subscription changes always happen in Discord; the dashboard cannot take payment. Changes appear here within a few minutes.

Mood check-ins

A chart of the check-ins you logged with /checkin: how many per week, which feelings you logged most, and your most recent entries. Only you can see it. Free accounts see the last 30 days; Mellow+ adds 90 days and a printable report you can save as a PDF.

Safety plan

Write down your warning signs, what helps, and who you can reach out to, while you are feeling okay. Also available as

Both are always free.

Server settings

For every server where you have Manage Server (or Administrator) and Mellow is installed:

• Check-in, alert, log, and system channels, and the moderator role. Choose Not set to stop using one.
• Feature toggles for check-ins, ghost letters, crisis alerts, system logs, and message context.
• Language.

This is the same as

. Your access is checked on every request against the servers you can actually manage.

Troubleshooting

• "That login link expired" - open the dashboard again and start a new sign-in.
• A server is missing - you need Manage Server there, and Mellow must currently be in it. Sign out and back in after gaining the permission.
• Plus still shows as inactive - allow a few minutes after purchasing, then refresh.
