All coping tools are subcommands of /coping.

Guided exercises

These give a short, gentle exercise. When the AI is available they are tailored to an optional feeling: you provide; otherwise a fixed fallback is used.

  • item (optional) - something you are grateful for. Omit it to view recent entries.

/coping journal

Write, view, or delete private journal entries. Entry text is encrypted at rest.

  • write (optional) - text to save as a new entry.
  • delete (optional) - the entry number to delete, from the list shown when you run /coping journal with no options.

Best practices

  • Use tools regularly, not only during distress; early use is more effective.
  • Try several and keep the ones that fit in your toolbox.
